Crystal Cole
Crystal brings a dynamic combination of customer-focused leadership and operational expertise to her role at IG Wealth Management. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Crystal built a strong foundation in client relations and team management as a Customer Service Manager at a retail technology store, where she developed the communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and people-first mindset that continue to define her professional approach today. Since joining IG Wealth Management in 2015, Crystal has demonstrated a consistent pattern of growth and excellence—advancing from Assistant (2015–2020), to Operational Associate (2020–2025), to her current role as Wealth Management Assistant (May 2025–present)—a progression that speaks to her commitment to continuous development and her value within the organization. Outside of her professional life, Crystal proudly serves as a Captain with the Canadian Armed Forces, dedicating her time to the Orillia Air Cadets youth organization, where she mentors young Canadians and instills the values of leadership, discipline, and community service.
